American Thanksgiving has a sorted history, something most of us knew little of or did we understand the complexity of the events that transpired. I do not celebrate that Thanksgiving. Instead, I express appreciation for my family, friends, the wonderful life I am living and the freedom I have to share my thoughts and beliefs with such terrific people.
